Allen Crawford Obituary, Death – A motorcyclist was killed in an accident that took place in Richland County, as reported by the South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP). On a route located in that county is where the incident took place. Allen Crawford, age 32, was conclusively identified as the motorcyclist who had passed away by the Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford. Mr. Crawford was born and raised in the town of Chapel Hill, which is located in the state of North Carolina.

Coroner Rutherford is cited as saying, “We are working with the South Carolina Highway Patrol to fully investigate this accident.” in a statement that was released. At the time of the accident, Crawford was driving a 2003 Yamaha motorcycle on Fox Grove Circle when he was involved in a collision with a 2022 Toyota Camry that was heading in the direction of the northbound traffic. On Summit Ridge Drive, where the accident occurred, Crawford was navigating the motorcycle in an easterly direction at the time of the crash.

Crawford was thrown from the motorcycle as a direct result of the collision that occurred. According to the officials, it never appeared that Crawford’s head was protecting itself with a helmet at any point in time. After the event, Crawford was taken to the hospital, but according to Lance Corporal William Bennets, he did not survive his injuries and passed just a short time later. The South Carolina Highway Patrol was dispatched to the location of a collision, and they are carrying on with their investigation of the occurrence at this time.
