Australia: Keith Hunt Obituary, Dunolly FNC Ex-Player Has Passed Away joy anchie, August 9, 2023 Keith Hunt Obituary, Death – The news of the death of Keith “Tubby” Hunt has left the DFNC in a state of profound mourning. Tubby joined Dunolly in the middle of the 1950s and went on to play in a number of the club’s premiership games. It was just recently announced that he has been included in the DFNC Best Team of the last 150 years, which is a testament to both his talent and his dedication. On Saturday, the 12th, every member of the club will pay tribute to him by donning a black armband. During this difficult time, we are keeping his family in our thoughts and prayers. His father and his baby son Keith Foster Hunt Jr. had passed away before him when he was still a young man. Keith was a song writer with an incredible skill and a prolific output. His gospel music is played and sung all around the world, and it will continue to move people’s hearts for many years to come. Many believers hold a special place in their hearts for songs such as “Jesus Walked Through the Wall,” “I have Seen Him Work Before,” “Call My Name,” and hundreds of others. The song “Let Me Tell You Who Jesus Is” is often considered to be the unofficial anthem of the United Pentecostal Church. Every waking moment of Keith’s life was dedicated to the activities that brought him the most joy, which included serving the Lord via music and ministry, spending time with his family, and playing golf. If he was interested in something, he gave it 110% of his attention and effort. Keith is survived by his wife of 50 years Dixie Lee (Langley) Hunt, mother Thelma Jean (Mobley) Hunt, two brothers Jonathan Lee Hunt (Joy), Steven Thomas Hunt (Lisa), two sisters Jaqueline Sue Hawkins (Don), Geraldine Lou Sciscoe (Keith) three daughters April Yvonne (Hunt)Vail, Victoria Lynn (Short) Earnhardt, and Veronica Lee (Short) Sipes and seven grandchildren. His only great-grandchild was a man named Kyler Ray Sipes. Obituary
