Billy Woodall Obituary, Billy Woodall has passed away joy anchie, August 4, 2023 Billy Woodall Obituary, Death – Billy Woodall was born on May 29th, 1939 in the city of Mission, Texas. His parents were Arthur and Betty Newkirk Woodall, and he was the first child of the couple. Billy moved in with his aunt and uncle in the Watonga and Canton districts of Oklahoma when he was 11 years old and remained there until he left for college. After graduating from Canton High School in 1958 and continuing his education at Southwest Oklahoma State University for a period of two years. He enlisted in the Army Reserves in 1960 and was eventually stationed at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri, which is located in the state of Missouri. After serving in the armed forces for a period of time, he returned to SWOSU to finish his education and obtained his degree in 1965. On March 6, 1965, he wed the lady who would go on to become the love of his life: Linda Chaloupek. The ceremony took place in Mission, Texas. They established a primary residence in the Rio Grande Valley and remained there for thirty years. During this time, Billy worked for Pennzoil as a lease operator. This was taking place at the same time. After Billy reached the age of retirement in 1995, he and Linda made the move back to Oklahoma and found a home in Oakwood. Before calling it quits after a total of 28 years on the job, Billy retired from Boden Oil Company. Before Billy was born, both of his parents, along with his brothers James, Arthur Lee, and Eugene, as well as his aunt and uncle, Clarine and Bill Newkirk, had already left this world. His wife, Linda, as well as his son Michael, who lives in Thomas, Oklahoma, grandson Holden (Kaitlynn), who lives in Bowie, Texas, great-granddaughter Laramie, and step great-grandson Preston, his sisters Betty Mae Bray, who lives in Katy, Texas, and Sarah (Arthur) Cravens, who lives in Alvin, Texas, and a large number of nieces, nephews, and friends survive him.
