He was the greatest time trialist, biker, and duathlete of all time! Blair, you will be missed. It was fun to compete in races with him when we were younger. His performances exemplified his rigorous training routine, steadfast dedication, and true enjoyment for the sports that he pursued on a regular basis. Blair will be remembered for his sportsmanship and companionship throughout his life, in addition to his accomplishments. T hose who had the good fortune to compete with him remember his humble manner and the sense of community he brought to the racecourse. His warm grin and words of encouragement lifted the spirits of the other athletes, contributing to an atmosphere of mutual support and respect. Today, we honor not only the incredible athlete, but also the person who stands behind all of the athlete’s accomplishments; this includes the friend, mentor, and inspiration.
