Bruce Elliott Obituary, Death – This presents a number of difficult challenges. Creating significance from something that has no bearing on reality at all. Everyone has been left with a lasting impression that Bruce will not be able to change. Throughout his entire life, he presented an attitude that was perpetually optimistic and full of enthusiasm. It was impossible not to catch his enthusiasm for discovery. You will be mourned greatly, but rest assured, brother, that we will never, ever forget you.
Remembering Bruce Elliott’s life will be the purpose of the memorial services that will be held at the University of Redlands Memorial Chapel on Sunday, August 6 at 2:00 p.m. to pay tribute to his life. Anyone who wishes to come and pay their respects to Bruce as well as lend their love and support to his family is more than welcome to do so.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in his name to either Grand Teton National Park or Bikes for Kids. Both organizations work to improve the lives of children. The contributions will be distributed fairly and equitably amongst the two organizations. If you feel compelled to give flowers for the service, please make sure they are delivered to the University of Redlands Chapel on Sunday between the hours of noon and 1:30 pm.
