Chris McGregor Obituary, Death – In addition to being a kind, giving, and genuine friend for the past three decades, Chris McGregor served as a longtime lighting and tech master for The Residents. He was a member of the band since its inception. He passed away not too long ago. The Residents would like to offer their sincerest condolences to Chris McGregor’s family and friends on the occasion of his passing.

Chris, who was both talented in lighting design and a wonderful guy, passed tragically on July 31 after suddenly having a heart attack. Chris was a talented lighting designer.
