Clifton Oliver Obituary, Death – My younger brother, Clifton Oliver, has already performed on stage for the final time. It was a serene setting. Richard was singing to him from the hymn Psalm 23 as he took his final breath this morning at 3:20 AM, something he has been doing for a while. His very stunning face was sporting the most gorgeous smile! He danced into the afterlife, ready to make his grand entrance as the focus of attention at his homecoming celebration!

My heart is broken and filled to the brim with joy at the same time. I will miss him, but I now have serenity knowing that he is at peace. He illuminated this gloomy world with an amazing amount of light. He provided my life with a great deal of illumination. He shared his great talent, kind heart, and loving attitude with EVERYONE he met, making a lasting influence on the lives of individuals all around the world.

Though he will be much missed, he won’t be! Each and every one of us contains a piece of him. He played the song “He Lives In Me!” during one of his most enduring performances as Simba in The Lion King on Broadway. The last six weeks of his life, which I spent at his side in the hospital and afterwards in hospice care, will always be cherished memories for me. I had the joy and privilege of being able to take care of my younger brother, and I will always cherish the memories I have of that time. We will share more information as it becomes available as we continue to work on the Celebration of Clifton Oliver.
