Daniel Hilterbran Obituary, Death –  Daniel “Bub” Keith Hilterbran, who resided in Hillsboro and had reached the age of 67 when he passed away on August 2, 2023, was known by his nickname. He was the son of William Hilterbran, a citizen of Greenfield who passed away, and Mary Louise (Sowards) Hilterbran, who also went away. He was born in Greenfield. On December 8th, 1955, he entered this world in West Union.

Patty, his older sister, passed away before him, following in the footsteps of both their respective biological fathers…. This individual was able to empathize with others in a way that was unparalleled, and they also exhibited a compassionate attitude to complement their remarkable professional successes. They accomplished this by fostering deep and meaningful ties with others around them, including family, friends, and coworkers.

Their love of gardening and the outdoors was a clear indication of how much they appreciated the natural world. Both of these activities brought them a lot of joy. The beauty that they cultivated all around them served as a reflection of the beauty that they possessed on the inside. This beauty was a reflection of the beauty that they had created within themselves.

They found solace in the welcoming arms of nature, and their cherished gardens evolved into a memorial to their profound appreciation for the unpretentious beauties of everyday life. As we say our goodbyes, we will take with us the memories of their infectious laughter, the intelligent guidance they gave us, and the endless kindness they showed us. Their legacy will continue to live on in the individuals whose lives they impacted even after they are no longer physically present because those people will carry their memories with them.
