Duncan Gale Obituary Death – Our beloved son, who passed away much too soon, was an exceptional young man. His parents, Carol MacLauchlan and Watson Gale, as well as his siblings Emma (Stuart), Keltie (Ross), and Lauchlan (Morgan), as well as his “nieceling” Aisling and nephew Malcolm, have a profound and enduring affection for him. Additionally, special godparents Mike and Di Leuty, Carolyn Hill, and Bob Atkinson, as well as aunts and uncles, venerate this child.

Duncan leaves behind a legacy of love with his family, a vast network of friends, and everyone he met along the road with whom he became instant friends. His various communities, including Lisgar, his TKE fraternity at Carleton, the Glebe, and many others, will remember him fondly for his sense of humor, presence, generosity, and smile. Despite being a source of pleasure for everyone around him, he was unable to experience happiness in his own life and consequently left us much too soon.

Even though our hearts are broken, we implore you to remember to smile for us. Do not overlook the vitality. Remember the pleasure. Keep in mind how he made you feel. Never forget those animal hugs. Please do not neglect Duncan. Visitation will be conducted on August 4, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Hulse, Playfair and McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, Ottawa. A reception will promptly follow the funeral service, which will be held at Hulse, Playfair & McGarry on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.
