Heath Farr Obituary, Death – Farr Jr., a resident of West Paris, passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2018, in the late hours at the Maine Veteran’s Home in South Paris, where he had spent the previous nine years. The oldest of his family’s four children and the only son of Raymond R. Farr Sr. and Arlene Marie (Rogers) Farr, he was born on June 7, 1923, in West Paris. He attended West Paris schools, where he received his diploma.

He was “farmed out” at the age of 12 and moved to Harlan and Lena Redding’s farm across the town, returning there during his senior year of high school. Donald W. Farr and Andrea, Brenda L. Smith and Raymond, Nancy L. Hersey and Brad, Kevin R. Farr and Dolores, and John F. Farr are his surviving children. Tammy L. Hadley, Troy D. Farr and Vickie Farr, Virginia E. Knight and Dan Knight, Raynah L. McFarland and Wayne Knight, Stacey A. Morrison, Raymond W. Smith and Rose Smith, Merredith J. Hersey and Vincent Pike, Rebecca D. Hebert and Brad Hebert, and Joshua J. Farr are all grandparents.

Cody S. Hadley, Dylan J. Hadley, Samantha G. Loring, Courtney R. Tuomi, Adam Tuomi, Christine M. Farr, Ashley L. Lepage, Normand Lepage, James M. Lanois, Richard Mendoza, Amanda C. Mendoza, Katlin M. Heath, Kyle A. Morrison, Dakota R. Morrison, Raven S. Morrison, Alexa M. Stigman, Emily R. Pike, Taylor L. Isaac R. Tuomi, Jachob C. Lanois, Aydin R. Lanois, Ethan D. Mendoza, Lacey L. Mendoza, and Cameron N. Vazquez are great, great grandchildren. His sisters Ruth E. Hazelton and Maxine J. Cram, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins, are also left to care for him. His parents, his sister Marion E. Farr, who passed away at the age of 12, his nephew Terry S. Cram, and his wife Barbara all preceded him.
