It has been determined that Michael (Mick) CAMPBELL has passed away. Abbeyshrule, Longford; Carpenterstown and Finglas, both in Dublin; Carpenterstown, Dublin The staff and management of The Longford Eye would like to offer their heartfelt condolences to the deceased person’s family and friends. We would like to extend an invitation to all of our readers to express their condolences and/or leave a comment below. Those who are suffering through their loss can find enormous solace in it. Michael “Mick” Cullen, loving husband and best friend of Deborah “Debbie” Cullen, adored father of Mark and Eimear Cullen, cherished son-in-law of Mary and the late Tom Cullen, and cherished brother-in-law of the late Gareth Cullen. Michael “Mick” Cullen passed away on December 30, 2018. His loving family, his daughter-in-law Anna, Eimear’s boyfriend James, Niall, Kenneth, Lindsey, Patsy, Jim, John, Gerard, and Tommy, as well as his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends, will miss him terribly. R.I.P. Reposing at his house on Wednesday and Thursday evenings between the hours of 5 and 8 p.m. each day. (We ask that you respect our privacy during these times.) On Friday morning (the 11th of August), the body will be transferred to St. Mochta’s Church in Porterstown, where it will remain until the time of the Requiem Mass at 10:00 a.m., after which it will be cremated in Glasnevin Crematorium. On Friday, a funeral mass will be held for Mick, and his body will be cremated at the Glasnevin Crematorium at 11:45 in the morning.Only flowers from the family, thank you.
