Jan Versypt Obituary, East Moline, Illinois, Jan Versypt has died joy anchie, August 9, 2023 Jan Versypt Obituary, Death – My mother, Jan Versypt, passed away yesterday after receiving care at the University of Iowa Hospitals for about two weeks. She exerted an unbelievable lot of effort after having a stroke, but it became quickly evident that the several severe challenges she faced would be impossible to overcome. Despite her efforts, she continued to suffer from a number of severe challenges. She had such a profound fondness for Joel and I, and I pray that during her final days, she was aware of how much her presence was valued and appreciated. Being at her side as she passed away was both the most difficult and the most sacred thing I’ve ever done, and I consider myself extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to do so. Due to the fact that mother was such a fantastic, brave, and loving individual, the fact that I am her daughter makes me feel like the happiest person in the world. The amount of love and support that has been offered to us by our friends and family has above everything that I could have asked for. I am so grateful to everyone who has showed their kindness to us. We have the sense that people love us, that they are rooting for us, and that they are praying for us. The expression “thank you” just doesn’t seem to cut it anymore. On Monday, August 14, from 4 until 7 o’clock in the evening, there will be a visitation at Van Hoe’s in East Moline, Illinois. The burial will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery following the funeral ceremony, which will be held on Tuesday, August 15 at 11 am at the same venue. Obituary
