Jayme was a beloved member of the LGBTQ+ community as well as the indigenous community. This loss is heartbreaking and, in some cases, incomprehensible. We have been putting in a lot of effort to make sure that Jayme gets honored in the way that is fitting for the situation. We ask that you lend us your assistance in planning a meaningful farewell for a much-loved member of our family. We are trying to raise money for a number of different reasons, including the following: to provide Jayme with the most fitting memorial service and the warmest possible welcome home. to help reduce the costs associated with organizing gatherings and rites that involve burning things. Because we were aware of their looming significance, each of us went above and beyond what we considered to be our capabilities in order to finish them. to recover from the loss of work for which one’s own existence and the welfare of the community were not given priority above other considerations. to provide assurance that Artemis, also known as Heathen dressed as a woman, will be able to take care of their belongings, pay for their moving expenses, and meet their other personal requirements.
