Jeff Weller Obituary Greencastle PA, Cause of Death joy anchie, August 4, 2023 Jeff Weller Obituary Death – Jeffrey Lynn Weller, 71, passed away on July 30 at his home in Greencastle and went to be with the Lord. He was born on March 15, 1952, to Benjamin and Betty Lou (Pool) Weller, who are now deceased. After Jeff completed his high school education at Greencastle-Antrim in 1970, he started working at Jerr-Dan. He served as a machinist, welder, assembly and painting supervisor, general foreman of manufacturing, manager of manufacturing and operations, and more throughout his time with Jerr-Dan. When he was appointed vice president of manufacturing at Jerr-Dan in 1995, his career there officially began. It lasted until 2008, when he retired as the company’s president. After retiring, Jeff became a partner with Truck Craft Corporation and assisted in the manufacturing process. Everyone he managed, owned a company with, or worked for thought the world of him. On July 5, 1970, he married Deb, his high school sweetheart, and the two have been together ever since. Although they couldn’t be separated, they enjoyed their time apart. Jeff was often seen on their vacations to Aruba lounging in the shade of a palm tree with a cigar and a cool pina colada. Traci and Jeri were his two cherished daughters. He especially loved spending time with his children and grandchildren at his house on Lake Champlain. It quickly became a tradition to take the grandchildren fishing and teach them to appreciate the small things in life. While driving the kids on an excursion, Jeff loved turning the engine up all the way across the lake. It didn’t take long for the contest to see who could capture the biggest bass to become a highlight. He was a skilled cook who was known as the “master chef” for his ability to fry, grill, and smoke food. Unbearable joy filled his time here with his daughters, grandchildren, and wife. Obituary
