Jo Travius Hawthorne Obituary, Death – The identity of the man who was tragically shot at an Airbnb near Cross Lake early on Friday morning was made public on Tuesday by the Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office. The incident occurred on Friday. On Friday, the occurrence took place in the wee hours of the morning. A little after 5 o’clock in the morning, deputies of the sheriff’s department discovered the dead corpse of Jo Travius Hawthorne, who was 18 years old, inside a house on the 4300 block of Ridgeway Avenue.

Hawthorne had been killed by a gunshot wound. Investigators believe that a suspect or suspects who have not yet been identified drove up to the apartment and fired shots into it, causing Hawthorne to be injured. It was determined that the adolescent had passed away at the spot where she was located when she was discovered. On the recently deceased individual, an autopsy was carried out.

Who had rented the Airbnb the night before in order to celebrate her birthday, was apprehended by law enforcement agents the next day after they had located her. At the Airbnb, preparations were made for the occasion. After her arrest on five counts of contributing to the delinquency of children and five counts of unauthorized use of a controlled dangerous substance in the company of a person less than 17 years old, she is currently being imprisoned at the Caddo Correctional Center.

These charges were brought against her after she was found to be in possession of drugs while in the company of minors. Additionally, five counts of possessing a controlled dangerous substance while being in the presence of a minor have been brought against her. It is the only person to be murdered in Caddo Parish outside of the city of Shreveport itself, making it the only person to be murdered in Caddo Parish in the year 2023 outside of the city of Shreveport itself. Both of these junctures are marked by the passing of Hawthorne. The incident that took place earlier is currently being looked at as part of the investigation that is being conducted by the Shreveport Police Department.
