Joe Carter Obituary, Death – My wonderful husband, Joe Carter, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday when we were in Ruidoso, and my heart is breaking because of it. I shall be eternally grateful to the Lincoln County Hospital for their assistance because they made heroic efforts to try to preserve his life. As we make our way to the memorial service for him, we ask that you remember our families in your prayers.
I give thanks to God for each and every time I think of you, Joe.
