So I had to get comfortable before I could inform him that she had died in a vehicle accident. It was heartbreaking to watch my son lose it in a way I had never seen him weep before. She has been extremely kind to my kids, and I can’t thank her enough for that. I never thanked her for that.

But in the end, my heart aches for my brother in every way. He lost his best buddy, his soul mate, and himself! She was, in my opinion, the quiet jewel that completed this wild, boisterous family of ours, and she will always have a special place in ALL of our hearts. I won’t say we were particularly close, but we were gradually bringing her out of her shell. All I want is more time.

Although it may sound corny to say, the love that she and Ty share is something that everyone longs for. It’s as though their presence suddenly lit up the room. It appears as though their new fad has always existed. After all of this, I only ask that you hug and kiss your loved ones extra tight, tell them you care before you can’t, and PLEASE include our family in your prayers. They will always be insufficient.
