Kenan James Obituary, In Loving Memory Of Kenan James joy anchie, August 8, 2023 Kenan James Obituary, Death – The devastating news that Kenan James had passed away this morning was a blow that the entire community felt deeply. When we were in the first grade, we had a chance encounter during recess, and three minutes later, we started swinging furiously at each other. That is one of the memories that will stick with me for the rest of my life. That day, seeing you later on the bus added a great deal to my joy, on top of the joy I felt before I saw you. Kenan was clever, he was nice, and despite all the problems and hardships he experienced, he exuded delight. This was despite the fact that he confronted them. Kenan is NOT DEAD AT THIS TIME! Beautiful spirit, I pray that you are now at peace now that you have passed. Not only did Kenan’s parents pass away before him, but so did his grandfather Bill James Sr., his grandmother Pauline Hester, and his great-grandfather Atwell Hester. He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Dana Linville James; grandmother, Rachel James; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ralph and Dianne Linville; sisters, Kelly (Tony) Hall and Kristy (Randy) Dinkins; brothers, Kevin (Maryann) James and Kyle James; sister-in-law, Ginger (Neal) Hackworth; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Betty Jo Choplin and David & Rebecca Marcincavage. On Wednesday, May 5, 2021, between the hours of 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM, you are cordially invited to pay your respects to Mr. James at the Gentry Funeral Service in Yadkinville. A private memorial service will be held in her honor at a later time. This will be done in her honor. Obituary
