Landon Bourque Bicycle Accident, Death – Landon Bourque, a student at Heritage High School in the Frisco Independent School District, was hit and killed by a car while riding his bicycle in McKinney on Wednesday morning, according to the Frisco Independent School District. Landon Bourque, 15, a student at Frisco Independent School District, was struck and killed by a vehicle early Wednesday morning in Collin County near the intersection of Independence Parkway and George Washington Drive.

The terrible event took place at approximately 5:30 in the morning near the intersection of George Washington Drive and Independence Parkway. According to the statements made by the police, Bourque, who was 15 years old and a sophomore at the school, was attempting to cross Independence Parkway at the junction when he was hit by an approaching car. The driver came to a stop and assisted Bourque when he was injured.

Sadly, Bourque did not survive the injuries she incurred in the accident and her away as a result. According to the representatives of Frisco Independent School District, “Bourque’s loss will be felt by the Coyote family,” and “our thoughts go out to the Bourque family and loved ones.” The inquiry into the incident is still ongoing.
