Leila Dejoseph Death, New Jersey State, In Loving Memory Of Leila Dejoseph joy anchie, August 4, 2023 Leila Dejoseph Obituary, Death – Funeral services for Leila M. McDonald, who passed away at the age of 93 and resided in Bloomfield. The Reverend Beverly Lanzendorf will preside over the funeral services, and the burial will take place in the Greenwood Cemetery in Creighton, Nebraska. Visitation will be held on Tuesday at Christ Memorial United Methodist Church in Bloomfield from five in the afternoon until eight in the evening. The preparations are being handled by the Brockhaus Funeral Home in Bloomfield at this time. Leila passed away when she was a patient at the Good Samaritan Society in Bloomfield. McDonald, formerly known as Leila (Carlow), is the daughter of Leila’s parents, Charles and Marie (Nansen) Carlow. Her birthday is March 1st, 1920, and she was born not too far from Bloomfield, Nebraska. After completing her freshman year of high school in Crocket, Leila transferred to Bloomfield High School to continue her education. Raymond “Bud” McDonald became her husband on March 29, 1941, and the wedding took place in Hartington, Nebraska. Lyle, Doyle, and Dale were their three boys that they had together. Up until Bud’s passing in 1960, the couple made their home on a number of farms in Knox County. Leila continued farming alongside her boys until 1965, at which point she relocated to Bloomfield, where she remained until the day she passed away. After working at Stockman’s CafĂ© for four and a half years, Leila provided care for Mrs. Bob Wilson up until the time of Mrs. Wilson’s retirement. Obituary
