Tosh was a devoted GAA fan and held the record for longest tenure as Holloway’s manager. It was because to his assistance that we were able to bring home our very first piece of silverware in the form of the London Junior Championship in 1998. He also assisted us in achieving the long-awaited provincial victory of the British Junior Championship in 2011. He was also highly connected with North London Shamrocks and has had a significant impact on the growth of gaelic football in the North London area. He has played a significant role in the development of the sport. Tosh was also the best of craic, both on and off the pitch; in particular, his ‘ah, shure lookit’ outlook on life. Tosh was also the finest of craic. Every second of our time together has been brightened by your companionship. I am grateful to you, Tosh.
