Martha Perez-Silva Obituary, Death – On Sunday morning, the body of a woman was discovered in an apartment complex in the Clifton Heights neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky. The neighborhood is located in the state of Kentucky. The Louisville Metro Police Department officers arrived to the 2100 block of Biljana Drive on August 6, 2023 at around 9:15 a.m. after receiving a call that a woman was lying on the ground in that location.

According to the records that were submitted to the court, responding cops located a woman who had died as a result of having been stabbed. On Monday, the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office provided the name of the deceased female as Martha Perez-Silva, who was 21 years old. The night before, Mr. and Mrs. Perez-Silva’s neighbors reported to the police that they heard a loud and heated dispute coming from within the apartment that they shared. The police were able to apprehend him and place him under custody after her lover, Felipe Jesus Santos-Florencia, 22, confirmed that he was the only person in the flat at the time of Perez-Silva’s death.

Homicide and domestic violence are both among the charges that have been brought against Santos-Florencia. At his arraignment, which took place on Monday morning, he pleaded not guilty, and the judge subsequently ordered that his bond be set at the cash equivalent of one hundred thousand dollars. In addition, it was determined that he had no interaction with the victim’s family at any point. The following week, he was supposed to show up in court for the hearing that had been arranged.
