Mary Krobock Obituary, Death – We are really grateful to have such a huge extended family network here in the great state of Michigan, and we consider this to be one of our greatest blessings. Being a part of that family since the very beginning means that Mary Evalyn Krobock has always been present. I just found out that she passed tragically in a car accident late last night, and the news has put me in a state of complete and absolute despair.

I was recently informed that she passed away in the accident. Aunt Mary was known to be a joyful and giving lady. She lived an eventful life, and as a result, she amassed a great deal of narrative material. She carried herself in a manner befitting an older child. Her emotions were just where they needed to be. Wow, that shows a lot of imagination and responsibility.

I was surprised and touched to find a birthday card in the mail from her not too long ago, but I haven’t yet had the chance to convey my appreciation to her in person. Always in the back of my mind was the thought that when I “grew up” I’d be like Aunt Mary. For me, having a life like that would be the fulfillment of a lifelong goal. I would want to offer a toast to you, Mary.

When we were together, it was a beautiful compliment when people would mistake us for a mother and daughter when we were out in public. When we were apart, the error was not nearly as flattering. You will be absent from my life in a significant way.
