Mary Moroney (née Enright), who had been a resident of 17 Woodvale, Foynes, County Limerick, Ireland. Passed away on August 1, 2023 at the University Hospital in Limerick, did so in a quiet and serene manner while being surrounded by her loving family. Mary Moroney (née Enright) had lived her whole life in 17 Woodvale, Foynes, County Limerick, Ireland. Beloved wife of Seamus and dedicated mother of Andrea, Damien, Shane, and David; beloved grandmother of John, David, Ellie, Cillian, James, Ciara, and Molly; and cherished great-grandmother of John. She will be much missed. Her devoted sisters Josephine, Helen, and Breda, all of whom had before her in death, her sister-in-law Mary, her brothers-in-law Con and Joe, her son-in-law Mark, her daughter-in-law Rosie, and Damien’s fiancée Molly, together with her nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends, will miss her terribly. I pray that Mary’s gentle soul will continue to find eternal rest.On the evening of Thursday, August 3rd, between the hours of 6 and 8 o’clock, she was resting at her house. On Friday, August 4, at 2:00 p.m., funeral services will be performed in the St. Senan’s Church located in Foynes. Interment will take place after the ceremonies at the Robertstown Cemetery. During Mary’s last few days of life, the medical professionals working in the Intensive Care Unit gave her exceptional care and attention.
