According to the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD), a 37-year-old man was killed in a shooting that took place in a Fairfax County parking garage on Friday. The suspect was also apprehended.

Around 11 o’clock on Thursday night, members of the Fair Oaks District Police Department were summoned to the top floor of a parking structure in the McNair neighborhood of the Fair Oaks District.

When the police discovered Robert Fisher, his upper chest had been shot multiple times. He apparently received some first aid, but the officials claim that he passed away there. According to FCPD Chief of Police Kevin Davis, Fisher’s daughter was in the neighborhood and heard gunshots before dialing 911.
