Nia Booker Obituary, Death – According to the victim’s mother, who provided the update on their GoFundMe page, a pregnant woman was killed and her baby is alive but in critical condition after a shooting occurred in Avondale on Saturday night. The mother of the victim said that the baby is alive but in critical condition. Nia Booker, 34 years old, was named as the victim who passed away as a result of a shooting that took place on Rockwell Avenue on Monday by the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office.

According to the police, they were dispatched to the location at approximately 5:20 p.m., where they found a crime scene but no victim. After a few moments had passed, Booker was transported in a private vehicle to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where, according to a representative for the Cincinnati Police Department, she passed away shortly after arriving. Nia Booker Powell was reportedly riding as a passenger in a vehicle when the shooting took place, according to her mother, Darlene Booker Powell.
