P.J. Slattery Obituary, Death – When the members of the C.J. Kickham Brass & Reed Band learned the news of P.J. Slattery’s passing, they were thrown into a state of profound grief and were unable to function normally. P.J. was one of life’s true gentlemen, and he made it a point to brighten the day of everyone he came in contact with by always wearing a friendly smile and speaking words of encouragement.

Throughout the many years that he served on the Band Committee, he was a devoted and industrious member, particularly during the period that his sons Pat and John were actively participating in the band. In the majority of the years when Pat and John were active members of the band, he served in this position as the band’s manager. Everyone in the Band who knew him held him in extremely high esteem and respect.

He will be fondly remembered for his vast body of knowledge, his incredible anecdotes, his calm and gentle attitude, and his contagious smile that was always present. In addition, he will be fondly remembered for his incredible anecdotes. He passed away not too long ago. Our sincerest condolences go out to his daughter Annette, his sons Pat, John, and Tom, as well as all of his extended family members and friends who were impacted by his passing in any way.
