Patricia Buck Obituary, Death –  Patricia Ann Buck, 69, of Goldsboro, North Carolina, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at the Wayne UNC Health Care facility located in Goldsboro. She was the daughter of Elvin Hart and Helen Davis Hart, both of whom passed away, and was born in Wayne County on August 1, 1953.
