Richard served as the Chairman of the HAR in 2021 in addition to the many other positions he held, including that of Regional Vice President for Texas REALTORS® Region 14. Richard’s absence will be keenly felt throughout the whole REALTOR® family.

The passing earlier today of former HAR Chairman Richard Miranda has left the HAR community in a state of mourning. Richard exemplified what it means to be a leader, and as a result, both the real estate industry and the world are in a better place because he was a part of it.
