Scobey Newman Obituary, Scobey Newman has sadly passed away

Scobey Newman Obituary,  Death – All of us here at HCEMS are going through extremely difficult stages of mourning as a direct result of the loss of Paramedic Scobey Newman. The news of his departure has left each and every one of us feeling devastated and bereft. Scobey fought cancer for a long time and did his best, but the disease ultimately won. He fought the disease for a very long period, but in the end, he was unable to resist the effects of it.

During that same time period, he was surrounded on all sides by members of his immediate family. As a direct consequence of this piece of information, each and every one of us who are a part of his emergency medical services (EMS), as well as his hospital family and the families of those who work in other emergency services, are in a state of complete disbelief and hopelessness.

It is reassuring to know that Scobey was able to see the vast majority of the photographs, comments, and stories that have been shared by everyone over the course of the last week. This is in addition to the incredible level of support that has been shown for Scobey in general. Throughout the course of the previous week, Scobey was able to view the great majority of the images, comments, and tales that were shared with the group.

Today, the Hamilton County Emergency Medical Services (HCEMS) and the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office (TN) will be the ones to accompany him during this process and move him from one location to another. They will also be the ones to transfer him.
After we have ensured that everything has been taken care of, we are going to make a public announcement about the final details of the funeral arrangements. This will take place after we have made sure that everything has been taken care of.
