Simon Stuart Obituary, Simon Stuart has sadly passed away joy anchie, August 2, 2023 Simon Stuart Obituary, Death – In a statement, the Chief of the Army, Lieutenant General Simon Stuart, AO, DSC, said, “It is with a heavy heart that I pay tribute to our four lost warriors who were engaged in Exercise Talisman Sabre when their chopper was involved in a collision.” The four soldiers had been killed when their helicopter was involved in a collision. The helicopter that the four troops were riding in had been engaged in an accident, which ultimately resulted to their deaths. Important members of the 6th Aviation Regiment, the Australian Army, and the Australian Defense Force included Captain Danniel Lyon, Lieutenant Maxwell Nugent, Warrant Officer Class Two Joseph Laycock, and Corporal Alexander Naggs. All of these individuals served in Australia. They each held the ranks of captain, lieutenant, warrant officer, and corporal during their time in the military service. Each and every one of these individuals has contributed significantly to the growth of the 6th Aviation Regiment, the Australian Army, and the Australian Defense Force. They had chalked up about 60 years of combined service to their country, both at home and in other parts of the world. This service included both domestic and overseas deployments. This service involved both local and overseas deployments at various locations. They traveled within the country as well as to other countries as part of their military service. These guys are recognized not just as respectable service members but also as loving sons, husbands, dads, brothers, and friends in addition to being honored for their service in the armed forces, which is something else for which they are honored. In addition, the men are remembered for the roles they played in the armed forces during their lives. My most sincere gratitude goes out to those individuals for the service that they have offered for our country, and my most sincere condolences go out to the members of their families who have been affected by the loss of a loved one. I am very sorry for your loss. Obituary
