It was reported that the time of the incident was approximately 1:50. Stephen A. Hicks, who is 36 years old. The investigation conducted by the Coroner’s Office revealed that he was driving a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck model year 2001 when he lost control of the vehicle, went off the right shoulder of the road, and crashed into a tree. According to the findings of the investigation conducted by the Aiken County Coroner’s Office, Hicks did not have a seat belt on during the time of the accident, which contributed to his passing. It was determined that he had passed away at the scene of the collision.
