Tony Neilson Obituary, Death –During this exceptionally difficult time, the Little Ship Club Board would like to send our sincere condolences to Mark, Greg, and their families on the passing of PCLM Tony Neilson. It is with great regret that I let our members know of the passing of Tony Neilson, and I do so with deep sadness. I really hope that the knowledge that you are not the only one going through this difficult time will provide you some measure of solace.

I can say with absolute certainty that every single member of our group is keeping Mark and his family in their thoughts and prayers, and that we intend to offer them as much love and support as they require at this difficult time. Tony’s sound counsel and unwavering support were indispensable to me while the Little Ship Club Board worked its way through the challenges posed by COVID and other concerns.

His faith in me as the first female candidate for the position of Commodore was indicative of both his forward-thinking attitude and the kind of person he was. I was the first female contender for the position of Commodore. His presence in our Club was a beacon of warmth and optimism; the absence of which will be deeply felt throughout the entirety of the community. His presence in our Club was a beacon of warmth and happiness.

The contributions that Tony made to the Little Ship Club will be treasured for the rest of time, and the legacy that he left behind will live on in the hearts of everyone whose life he touched because of those contributions. After we have finalized all of the arrangements for the memorial service to honor Tony’s life, we will disseminate an announcement that contains all of the pertinent information at that time.
