Williams was killed in the collision. The driver, on the other hand, has denied any misconduct and maintained that the charges are not warranted in any way.

According to Ryan Koss, the managing creative director of the Dorset Theatre Festival in Vermont, he had known Williams for many years as a member of the tight-knit community as well as a fellow theater member. Koss also revealed that Williams had been a part of the Dorset Theatre Festival. Koss also said that Williams was a participant in the festival they were talking about.

He went on to say that the news of Williams’ demise had put him in a state of “utter devastation,” and he sent his “sincerest condolences” to the actor’s family. “I thought of him as a friend,” Koss said in his statement. Three days after obtaining a ticket for operating a motor vehicle in a careless manner that resulted in the death of another person, Koss, who is 35 years old, issued a statement on the evening of Friday. The judge has issued an order requiring him to appear in court in September so that legal action can be taken against him.
